My outlook is to take a process that can feel overwhelming, and break it down to be less intimidating and easier to understand. This experience easily lends itself to knowing and understanding the ins-and- outs of the buildings and homes I inspect. Personally investing in my own home remodels, and rental properties also gives me the experience to know what is important to you, my client. As a home inspector, seeing the details is my business, and has been for 20 years.
Melissa was wonderful when scheduling and Jason was personable and professional- he was thorough on site and in the report. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal.
