The detailed report was delivered in less than 24 hours, and the accompanying pictures clearly illustrated the areas that needed addressing. Jason was fantastic and we are extremely satisfied with the inspection he provided. He clearly explained everything he saw both good and bad so that we had a complete picture of the house we were looking to buy before he left the property. The turn around time for the report was next day which we were very happy to see.
We have used Jason for the last 3 homes we were going to purchase each one came up with major issues. I can’t say enough about how informative and what a great home inspecter he is. Jason went above and beyond to make sure that he checked every inch of the homes he was extremely detail oriented. He took pictures of every issue and explained the dangers of each one. Subsequently we decided after finding out from him all of the major issues that we would not purchase the homes.

He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to us. He even answered some questions we had that weren’t directly related to the home inspection. Jason saved us from buying Several money pits.Hopefully the next home will not have major issues. Jason was very knowledgeable, thorough, HONEST and friendly. I don’t know the first thing about homes and am often the person that just pays someone to fix the problem. Jason explained every problem, why it was a problem, and how to do it myself if I wanted.
